Cutting

Our experienced operators can produce high quality parts and components to satisfy your needs. Our cutting capabilities consist of High Definition Plasma (with bevel), Laser, Saw, Ironworker and CNC Punch; all with material traceability as needed.

Welding

Our AWS Certified Welders are highly skilled and experienced in many welding processes and are proficient in print reading and GD&T. All welding operations are controlled by a welding procedure specification which is created and validated by our in-house AWS Certified Welding Inspector. Whether you are looking for a simple small part or a complex 20,000 lb. weldment we have welders to get the job done with the highest level of quality and to your exact specification.

All welders are certified to the requirements of AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.6 or ASME IX for one or more of the welding processes listed:

  • FCAW – Flux Core Arc Welding
  • GMAW – Gas Metal Arc Welding
  • GTAW – Gas Tungsten Arc Welding

Machining

Our Machinists are experienced professionals who have been trained on the equipment high quality, tight tolerance OEM components. We train our Team to adhere to our strict quality demands and industry standards.

We supply turnkey, machined components to several industries, including Pulp & Paper, Forest Products, Power, Municipal, Automotive, Agriculture, Trucking, Construction, to name a few. We continue to invest in capital equipment and markets enabling us to serve our diverse customer base.

Our team can supply custom equipment, parts or production runs to include paint and assembly as required.

Additional Services

We welcome the challenge of solving customer problems and providing complete solutions. To complement our other services we also provide press brake, plate rolling, assembly (mechanical and electrical), finishing (liquid and powder) and have a network of partner companies to provide heat treating, rolling, water jet, and more. Rely on our years of experience for any of your production needs.

CAD Engineering

We have 100 plus years of engineering expertise to provide multi-discipline engineering to facilitate the completion of your project. We work with the latest design and programming software and can accept multiple file formats.

Precision Manufacturing

We provide fabrication & machining solutions utilizes state of the art CAD and CAM software packages. We accept almost any type of computer graphics file, or you can simply send us a sample of your artwork. We can scale it up or down and manipulate the geometry to produce a cost effective product.

Materials that we work with: Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Bronze, Brass, Copper, Duplex Stainless, and more.

Finishing and Assembly

At Shatone we have a well-rounded team of personnel that can assemble your equipment. With the capabilities to assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic products, we are able to accommodate many large assembly projects in our assembly area. We welcome projects that specify assembly requirements.
